One-Way Car Hire from TIV

- Podgorica Airport — 90 min. Similar fee to Podgorica city.
- Dubrovnik (Croatia) — 90 min. Cross-border fee + drop-off fee, typically €80–€150 total.
What Affects the Cost
The fee depends on distance, season, and the rental company. Coastal drops (Budva, Kotor, Herceg Novi) are usually cheap or free. Inland or cross-border drops cost more. Summer fees are higher than winter.
